You will need to have formed a legal entity (LLC, etc), be ServSafe Food Manager Certified, and have business insurance with $2 million in general liability. We will provide you with the necessary next steps to complete zoning and inspections (VDH/VDACS) after receiving a signed lease (6 month lease agreement) and a one-time nonrefundable onboarding fee.

Hatch Kitchen is open 24/7 to its members, Hatch Logistics works on a fully customized schedule.

The timeline really depends on how far along you are in starting your business. After signing a lease, it is based on your food testing needs and the speed at which you incorporate, get insurance, figure out packaging and labeling, get your ServSafe manager certification, etc.
